Welcome to Penny Lane Studio.

Established in 2011 in the Blue Mountains,  Penny Lane Studio is a style house creating exceptional design, styling and providing quality event decor for your special event.

An Event Design and Style house working with Event Managers & Corporate Clients, Couples, Party Hosts, Florists, Venue Managers and other fellow Stylists.

We believe that unique and beautiful quality pieces are the essence in setting the tone for your celebration. Whether it is the stationery used to invite your guests or decor and florals selected to style your celebration, the finest details set the scene for a memorable occasion, inspiring the mood of the day and bringing to life the photographs of which you replay your memories for years to come.

Our designs are inspired by a passion for classic design and a childhood dressed in vintage with an ever so practical nature, without forgoing the most important ingredient in reflecting our clients very own personal style.

With a career of 20 years born in a city of bright lights and beautiful events. Owner and Creative Director, Nicole Bull built a work life spanning all corners of the events industry including public and corporate events, special celebrations and weddings, top end wine events and even a stint working in five star venue…after touring Nationally and Internationally with her work…some many hundred events later…the journey brings Nicole to the quiet aspect of the Blue Mountains, NSW with her creative house, Penny Lane Studio.

Today Nicole works as a Creative Director of Penny Lane Studio delivering a tailored portfolio of designer events, creative installations, bespoke stationery and styled editorial layouts.

With an experienced Creative Director comes experienced crew, and ours have worked the event floors of Spring Carnival, Australian Fashion Week, Sydney Mardi Gras and Cirque du Soleil (to mention a few) along with a plethora of Corporate Events and Weddings. We are proud to say as a team we are committed to quality and safety first and foremost in styling our events.

We are a 100% locally owned and run Blue Mountains business, employing local Blue Mountains crew and supporting local Blue Mountains vendors, where possible.

{Event Styling + Bespoke Event Design}
Do you have a theme, but feel overwhelmed with how to execute it?

Bring to us your ideas and we can help you choose the right elements to bring your theme to life. We will then source and prep your decor and take the weight of setup and pack down leaving you to relax and focus on enjoying your celebration.

Packages start from $2,500 in the Blue Mountains and Penrith basin. 
$4,500 in Sydney region.

Includes a studio or zoom consult to connect and view decor.

{Decor Hire}
Do you LOVE keeping your hands busy? We totally understand that some of our clients want to be the hands that style in setting up their own occasion. Whether its a decision based on keeping your costs to a minimum or you are ever the creative – we would LOVE to share our beautiful decor with you. We have also worked with the budding DIY’ers in sharing our knowledge towards the setup and execution of your ideas – ensuring a seamless and safe setup of your event.

Dry hire starts from $250.00 pick up and return to our studio.
Hires with delivery start at $800.00 in the Blue Mountains. Sydney deliveries offered for smaller items.
Ceremonies start at $1,200 including the brach arch in the Blue Mountains.

{Editorial Styling}
Taking her creative styling to a smaller canvas, Nicole has been contracted to design and style a range of editorial shoots for print and web publications in the world of food styling, creative crafting and weddings including WedShed, Organic Gardner and Sweet Magazine. Working as a Creative Director from concept, to sourcing, styling, content and layout using her well developed project management skills.

Recently we have been working with retail stores and market store owners in merchandising and layout to make their products SHINE….we do after all style BEAUTIFUL spaces! We also do workshops with store staff to empower them with the skills to merchandise their product on a day to day level.
