Penny Lane Studio is a design and styling house with a focus on quality, unique and stylish events.

As all of our clients needs, visions and event sizes differ, we work to a minimum spend to engage our styling services.
The minimum spend includes hire, setup, packdown, delivery and pick up. 

The actual cost of your event will depend on your needs, the size of your event and how far we have to travel. This is determined after a consult.

{Event Styling}
Do you have a theme, but feel overwhelmed with how to execute it? Bring to us your ideas and we can help you choose the right elements to bring your theme to life. We will then source and prep your decor and take the weight of setup and pack down leaving you to relax and focus on enjoying your celebration.

Minimum spend for Styling and Hire start from $2,500 + GST in the Blue Mountains, Bilpin, Hawkesbury + Penrith basin.
$4,400 + GST in Sydney, Bathurst and Orange regions.
Includes a studio or zoom consult to view props and concept layouts.

{Bespoke Wedding + Event Design}
Looking for a celebration which truly reflects your personal style?
Creative Director Nicole will personally work with you on creating a unique event design to blow your guests away and make memorable your most special celebration.
Bring to us your inspiration and we will work together on developing your very own designer celebration starting with the colour palette and determining the layout and central elements of your creative theme,  ceremony setup, room layout, table decor and feature installations, as well as the the finer details, such as guest favours, cake design and signage leaving you to focus on the most important part of the day, enjoying your celebration and becoming Husband and Wife.

With over 20 years in event design and execution, we can bring to the table our experience, knowledge and little black book of event suppliers + experienced crew which means you really don’t have to go anywhere else when it comes to the styling of your event.  We can confidently say we work with the ‘cream of the crop’ in bringing quality vendors to the table. On the other hand, should you wish to bring to the party some of your own suppliers, not a problem! We LOVE collaborating with new creatives on new ideas.

Packages start from $5,000 + GST in the Blue Mountains, Bilpin, Hawkesbury + Penrith basin.
$7,000 + GST in Sydney, Bathurst and Orange regions.

Includes a studio or zoom consult to view props and concept layouts.
A site inspection with you at your venue plus a studio consult to view props and concept layouts and bespoke Design boards.

{Decor Hire}
We have a range of carefully selected vintage pieces including chalkboards, drink dispensers, glassware, glass lanterns, candelabras, the most amazing handcrafted branch arch you have ever seen, timber boxes, wishing well alternatives, votives and a room full of amazing vases available for as a dry hire or setup and style arrangement.

We totally understand that some of our clients want to be the hands that style in setting up their own occasion. Whether its a decision based on keeping your costs to a minimum or you are ever the creative – we would LOVE to share our beautiful decor with you. We have also worked with the budding DIY’ers in sharing our knowledge towards the setup and execution of your ideas.

Dry hire starts from $200.00 + GST pick up and return to our studio.
Hires with delivery start at $1,500.00 in the Blue Mountains. Sydney deliveries offered for smaller items.

Ceremony packages start at $1,200 plus GST including the branch arch in the Blue Mountains.
